About Amy

Amy Carrick is the founder of Mindful HR LLC and an experienced HR consultant with more than 20 years of experience supporting nonprofits, hospitality organizations, healthcare providers, and education-focused organizations.

Amy provides fractional HR leadership and practical workforce guidance focused on employee relations, workplace compliance, leadership support, manager training, organizational transitions, and complex workplace issues.

Prior to launching Mindful HR LLC, Amy worked in internal HR leadership roles, building strong operational experience in fast-paced workplace environments.

Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Secondary Education from Central College and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. She has also served on nonprofit boards and remains passionate about helping organizations create healthy, sustainable workplaces. (Mindful HR LLC)
