Before launching Mindful HR LLC, Amy spent more than a decade in hospitality Human Resources leadership and has extensive experience supporting hospitality insudtry, nonprofits, behavioral health organizations, and mission-driven teams. She is known for her practical approach, strong communication style, and ability to balance organizational goals with thoughtful people practices.

Amy earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Secondary Education from Central College and holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
