Amy Carrick is an experienced Human Resources Leader and Educator who has a passion for partnering with business owners to create positive and motivating workplaces.

Amy started her career as a High School Spanish Teacher in Iowa before relocating to Madison and moving into Human Resources. Throughout her career, Amy has worked for a variety of industries and sizes from companies with 5 employees to over 1,000 and can customize her approach based on the needs of the business.

Amy’s specialties are in training and development, employee relations and working with managers to develop a leadership style that is authentic and meets the needs of your people. Amy knows the training and people systems necessary to drive employee engagement, reduce turnover and support business leaders in creating successful teams.

Amy has a Bachelors of Art Degree in Spanish and Secondary Education from Central College in Pella, IA and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certificate (SPHR) through Human Capital Institute.

Ginny Jenkins has over 15 years of experience specializing in small to mid-size organizations (1-1200 employees) providing guidance and leadership to senior managers in startup, growth and stable organizations. Her broad experience includes benefits, wage and hour law, employee relations, HRIS implementation, payroll, talent acquisition and strategic human resources workflow and management. She has experience in various industries including professional services, hospitality, non-profit/medical and political campaign management.

Prior to creating Mindful HR LLC with her partner, Ginny supported both established organizations and entrepreneurial ventures advising through them their stages of creation, growth, and stabilization. Ginny is most proud of her ability to successfully to create a balance of the company's best interests with the employees' needs to achieve business goals.

Ginny attended Roosevelt University, Chicago, IL. She is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SRHM-SCP), and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
